🔄 Refund Policy

We want you to love your Flame Essence purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:

  • Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness items (e.g. bath bombs, soaps) cannot be returned once opened. Digital products (e.g. courses, downloads) are also non-refundable once accessed.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
